Introduction

Starting year 9 is pretty exciting,which means surviving it will be whole lot easier. You might not know your talents that lurk inside you,which is why year 9 will begin you on a new mission,a whole new year for you to discover more talents hidden in you.Experiencing new languages and subjects will begin you off.

There are many subjects to chose from especially the optionals,as they are the key skills to learn and help you decide your occupation. High School is like a replica of a college but for younger ages(12-18).It will start you on developing skills and talents to your future employment.Beginning the start of high school,and discovering to your potential will access you to many advantages in the future.Extra curricular sports will also give you an advantage to many colleges.

  • Maths:The study of the measurement, properties, and relationships of quantities and sets, using numbers and symbols.

  • English:It is the native language of over 280 million people and is acquired as a second language by many more.A worldwide language,access to worldwide employments.

  • Physical Education:Keeps your mind active and fit,ready for test preparations.Experiencing more than one sport of your interests.

  • Economics: The social science that deals with the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services and with the theory and management of economies or economic systems.

  • Art/Drama:Art is the conscious use of the imagination in the production of objects intended to be contemplated or appreciated as beautiful, as in the arrangement of forms, sounds, or words.Drama is a serious narrative work or program build up of confidence for future progressions.

    Schedules/Times

    Depending on your school,there may be a time for the canteen.Bringing money to your school and refreshing yourself with food and drinks that the canteen can provide you with.If you forget your lunch but you have money the school can provide you with a meal from the canteen.Hot food and drinks are ready to be served in the canteen.

    Knowing the school will take a while,especially a bigger school.Getting lost is not the worst but the best because you will learn the architecture of the school faster.Though it doesn't mean you can always get lost as an excuse because then you would end up as a target for the teachers.That will not help you survive year nine.

    Rules and regualations will apply to you certainly,if you want to survive year nine.Ofcourse,such decency requires you to do the best in all your subjects,that way,even if you end up in trouble,the teachers might give you a chance.School rules and regulations are made not to be broken. Rules are made for the safety and better welfare for you in school. Another is to promote good behavior among you and to maintain the good image of the school. Parents send you to school in order for you to learn not only academic values, but also moral values. Implementing school rules will help you mold your character and values expected from you by other people
    Attendance

    Attendance and absence data collection is a daily chore that involves every member of the school.Every day counts towards your learning and pays huge dividends for your future. Regular attendance is needed for you to continue learning and improving your basic reading, writing and other skills you need. It also means you are likely to experience educational success.
    Uniforms

    The full uniform range must always be worn at all times.Uniforms take away all the arguments and questioning, and give you clear guidelines about which clothes are practical in the school. Without a uniform, you need to negotiate all of those issues, there will be plenty of issues to sort out…every morning!Appropiate clothing would have to be worn at all times,if that were the case.Therefore,there is strict coding in high school under uniforms.
    Extra Curricular Games

    Extracurricular activities, such as basketball, baseball, tennis, debating, chess clubs, student government, yearbook, drama, choir and computer clubs can round out students' academic careers to great effect. Besides being fun and a great way to socialize with peers, extracurricular activities can enhance students' time management and stress management skills, improving overall productivity. Extracurricular activities also increase a candidate's appeal when applying to college.
